The neapolitan company Gio.Fran Baby – producing the brands Fun&Fun e She.Ver – obtained the license to producd and distribute the boys and girls clothing line (0-16 years) carrying the brand Siviglia, the griffe owned by Bianchetti family and today existing on the market with a man, woman and kid total look and a network of more than 860 multi-brand stores worldwide.
The agreement signed by the two companies fixed an initial duration period of 5 years (but it can be extended for additional 5 years) and plans the creation only of one kids collection for the first year. The distribution will initially be only in Italy and from the second year also other Countries will be concerned.
